Welcome to the Armagh District Policing Partnership Webpage.

Armagh District Policing Partnership (DPP) was established in March 2003 as a partnership between the District Council and representatives of the local community.
We can help you:

  • Express your views on policing
  • Raise issues and ask questions about local policing and crime
  • Work together with the police to prevent crime
  • Let you know how the police are performing against their targets

Armagh DPP does this in consultation with the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s (PSNI's) District Commander for Armagh District Command Unit (DCU).

Finding out the community’s views, concerns and policing needs enables the District Commander to prioritise and deliver an effective and efficient service for the district.  Consulting with the community about local policing is therefore an important role for DPPs.

I hope you find the information on our website useful and informative.  You will find information on DPP Meetings, reports and publications and information on how to contact the DPP.

Armagh DPP is dedicated to helping local people shape local policing.
