Meetings in Public of the four Sub-Groups of Belfast District Policing Partnership

The order of business at every meeting in public of the four Sub-Groups of Belfast District Policing Partnership shall be as follows:

1. apologies;
2. declarations of interest;
3. official announcements;
4. presentations;
5. reports of Area Commanders;
6. reports on related matters;
7. questions from the public; and
8. consideration of motions or other relevant items of which notice had been given.

Private Meetings of Belfast District Policing Partnership

The order of business at every private meeting of the Belfast District Policing Partnership shall be as follows:

1. apologies
2. confirmation of minutes;
3. official announcements;
4. presentations;
5. minutes of the proceedings of the several Sub-Groups or Committees and their recommendations; and
6. reports on specific matters.
