Members of the public can ask questions at the meetings of the DPP in person during the open session. However, the District Commander may not have all the information to hand to fully answer these questions but rather may choose to respond to the individual question following the meeting.
In order for you to be assured of a comprehensive response to your question on the occasion of the meeting in public you should submit your questions 10 days prior to the date of the public meeting to the DPP Manager. You can submit questions in writing, by email or by telephone to the DPP Manager. Questions which may impact upon either personal or national security or be a matter of an ongoing enquiry may not be answered but should this be the case you will be advised accordingly.
