The minutes of all meetings in public session are brought before the next available meeting of the District Policing Partnership in business session for adoption. Once adopted the DPP Manager prepares an official report of the meeting in public session. Copies of these reports are forwarded to the Northern Ireland Policing Board, Cookstown District Command Unit and the Cookstown District Council, for their considertaion.
