Media Relationship
The Partnership Manager works closely with appointed journalists of local media outlets to ensure that work and reports published by the Partnership are communicated to residents of the district in the most appropriate manner possible.
In advance of every meeting in public taking place the Manager informs all journalists, which are in contact with the Partnership, of the appropriate meeting details and of the items of business to be considered.
Press Releases
Press releases on the work of the Partnership are compiled and issued by the Manager on a regular basis. Formal communication and comments issued on behalf of the Partnership to the media is undertaken by the chairman, vice-chairman or other appointed person. Although Members of the Partnership may converse freely with the media this only represents a personal view and not that of the entire Partnership.
