Q.  How can I contact the DPP?

A.  Down DPP can be contacted through the DPP Manager . The DPP Manager is based at this location and most issues relating to the DPP can be directed to him.  You can also contact your Local Members through the DPP Manager.

Q.  How do I raise an issue or ask a question with the DPP?

A.  Any questions or queries can be voiced to the DPP by contacting the DPP Manager.  Any matters raised with the Manager will be highlighted to the DPP at their next meeting.  Members will discuss any points brought to their attention and the DPP Manager will respond appropriately to these.  For questions to the DPP, these are addressed at the Meeting in Public.  A full written response is provided to each question following the DPP Meeting in Public.  For the date and location of the next DPP Meeting in Public, go to the Calendar section of this website or click here

Q.  How can I become involved in the work of the DPP?

A.  You can participate in the meetings in public and the consultation forums held by the DPP. These are regularly advertised in the local newspapers and posters are placed in libraries and community venues throughout the borough.  This information will also be posted on this website.  The DPP are developing a series of practical initiatives to enhance community safety and crime prevention measures.  A range of local agencies and community groups will be involved in these.  Such programmes will be highlighted through press releases and through this website.  If you would like to become involved in these you can contact the DPP Manager.
