Who can Attend

Attendance at Down DPP meetings in public is open to anyone wishing to attend.  Down DPP encourages attendance by placing an advertisement in the local newspapers of the date and location of the meeting and to request questions.  The questions need to be sent 3 weeks prior to the meeting in public.

A Public Notice in the local newspapers in the week of the meeting will give an agenda for the meeting with the subjects to be discussed.

Written invitations are sent to Community groups and various organisations in the area that the meeting is being held and advertisements are placed in local post offices, Doctor's Surgeries and local shops.
