Frances Nolan joined the Police in 1978 and has been stationed in Coleraine, Limavady, Cookstown and Armagh. She previously spent 3 years in Dungannon as a Duty Inspector and was transferred to Armagh on promotion.
Frances moved back to work in Dungannon in 2001. Having performed the role of Deputy District Commander Frances was given the opportunity to fill the post of District Commander following the promotion and transfer of now Chief Superintendent Henning.
