Lisburn DPP's first public consultation survey was conducted in June 2003. This was a postal survey and involved 3,870 questionnaires being sent to households across the City, selected at random from the Valuation and Lands Agency list of addresses.
The purpose of the survey was to identify and collate the views of the public concerning the policing of Lisburn City, which would then be used as a basis for discussion and consultation with the District Commander.
