The local Policing Plan for Moyle is prepared each year by the PSNI in consultation with the DPP.. The current plan, which relates to the period 07-08, clearly demonstrates the strategy for policing our local community. It also provides detail on how our local police officers will promote public safety and tackle crime in the district.
Moyle DPP has carried out extensive consultations throughout the district to identify the concerns of the community. The implementation of this policing plan will help to address the concerns and others should they emerge.
The DPP will monitor the performance of the Police against the target set: in the local policing plan. You will be able to see that happen by attending our meetings in public, or, alternatively, by reading the report on our meetings as they are published throughout the year.
