Members of the public can ask questions of the Police, through the Chairman of the DPP at public meetings. Alternatively any member of the public, or organisation, in advance of the Public Meetings, may choose to ask a member of the DPP to raise an issue on their behalf. However, to assist the Commander in making a full response to the query it is better to contact the DPP Manager, as outlined below, no later than 10 days in advance of the scheduled date for the Public Meeting. Queries will then be forwarded to the Commander and addressed at the meeting.
