How to ask questions

There are a number of ways in which you may put questions to the Police Commander at DPP meetings in public.

Forward your question or concern to the Manager of the DPP at the Civic Headquarters Mossley Mill by any of the following methods:

By post

By email

by fax

or by email.

Ideally your question or concern should reach the DPP Manager about 8 days prior to the date of the meeting.  On receipt of your question or concern the DPP Manager will forward it to the District Commander to prepare a response.

At the meeting in public you can put your question to the Police Commander personnally or alternatively if you so wish a member of the D.P.P. can table your question on your behalf.  The district Commander will respond to the question in public.

If you have any difficulties or are unsure of the procedure or how to frame a question, the DPP Manager will gladly provide any guidance or assistance required
