Meetings in Public
The Omagh District Policing Partnership holds a minimum of six meetings in public every year. Such meetings are held approximately every two months, subject to any deviation in the schedule which special circumstances may render necessary. The dates, times and venues of the meetings are agreed by the District Policing Partnership, details of which are available from the DPP Manager and publicised in the local press.
Planning Meetings
In addition to meeting in Public the DPP may meet in private for planning purposes. It is the responsibility of the District Policing Partnership to set the schedule for the holding of planning meetings and the Chair to determine if and when it is necessary to hold special meetings.
