Strabane DPP are continually engaging with the public through surveys, focus groups, consultative forum meetings, ad hoc meetings and meetings in public.
From our research 5 areas of crime have been highlighted as a priority:
* Alcohol related anti-social behaviour and crime encompassing underage drinking, on-street drinking, late night drinking, assaults and criminal damage
* Speeding and dangerous driving
* Sexual Assaults
* Drug Use
* Domestic Violence
This is not an exhaustive list, but a sample of the issues that are presented to us.
Strabane DPP are committed to ensuring that the crimes that affect local people most, are the crimes that the PSNI are addressing.
